What exactly are eCards?
eCards are digital cards that provide you cashback at a specific partner! When you purchase an eCard, the paid amount and bonus cashback will be instantly credited to your Fave account for use at a specific partner, upon successful purchase.

1. A convenient way of browsing, purchasing, and delivering a gift.
No time to head to the mall to shop? No problem! With eCards you can simply send a gift to someone anywhere, any time. It’s a hassle-free and convenient way to shower your loved ones with gifts. Your gift recipient can also conveniently claim their gift right from their electronic device.
2. Spend less to gift more!
eCards are also a great way for you to get a bang for your buck! With every eCard you purchase, you are entitled to bonus cashback. For example, you can purchase an RM70 eCard for just RM50 and gain RM20 worth of bonus credit to spend just like that.
3. Customisable with a personalised touch.
If you’re someone who likes to add a personal touch to your Christmas gifts, not to worry! When you gift an eCard to someone, you have the option of adding a personal note to customise a message for that someone special – a great way to show gratitude to someone along with your gift.

eCard Gifting is simple!
Now we know what you must be wondering? How exactly does e-Card gifting work?
For Giftors:
1. Head on over to the Fave app and click on the eCards option on the homepage.
2. Browse the selection of available eCards to find one that you prefer
3. Select the eCard and click on “Gift It”
4. Key in the details of the recipient and a personal note.
5. Confirm the details and make your payment.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation both in-app and via your Fave account registered email!
For gift recipients:
1. Gifted e-Cards can be retrieved via email, SMS, or as a link.
2. Click on “Open Gift” which will direct you to the Fave app.
3. Once you’ve opened the gift, you can view the eCard details.
