Inspired by flame-grilled beef cubes from Taiwanese night markets, HuoYanShaiZiNiu aspires to bring the same flame-grilled juicy experience to Singapore. The offerings are standard – beef alone, beef with Japanese rice, and rice with draft beer. Have your beef cubes with a some seaweed or garlic powder to spice things up.

The Hungry Caveman specialises in Chinese skewers which customers can cook for themselves on an automated grill! Customers just have to choose what type of skewers they want, and the staff will help them put on an open-flame grill in the middle of the table.
