2018 is coming to an end and soon, it’ll be a brand new year all over again! This is the time where everyone starts to make New Year Resolutions and we all know, most of these resolutions usually fail within the first few weeks.
One common New Year Resolution is to get fitter and healthier, but this goal can be quite trying since we are ALWAYS surrounded by new and exciting food options.
Fret not though, cause 2019 CAN be different with Bespoke Bistro!
Bespoke Bistro is located at One North and serves up delicious yet healthy food. Think Beef Rendang, Curry Chicken and Spaghetti Bolognese. No more rabbit food or eating endless salads, now you can indulge in ‘normal’ food and yet keep fit! This is great for a long-term sustainable fitness lifestyle.
All these dishes contain NO OIL and SUGAR, yet somehow miraculously manage to taste so dang good. We promise you won’t even feel the difference!
For breakfast, Bespoke serves up a Breakfast Bowl that comes with oranges, green and red apples, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a dash of cinnamon! This healthy and naturally sweet breakfast is sure to give you that energy boost you need in the morning for work or school!
While they have a range of dishes available at the cafe, the menu rotates on a daily basis. This means Bespoke Bistro serves a different meal for each day of the week. For example, on Mondays, they have ABC Chicken Soup and on Wednesdays they serve Spaghetti Bolognese!
Our favourite was their Curry Chicken with thick and rich Curry Gravy (no oil, no sugar, but still tastes so good). You get a huge serving of Chicken Thigh along with a side of vegetables and an egg!
Bespoke Fitness truly believes in good, balanced nutrition without cutting out any food groups, therefore each meal will come with protein, vegetables and carbs!
With such a huge emphasis on sustainability and balance, Bespoke Bistro also serves up alcohol! While you shouldn’t be binge drinking, having a drink every once in a while is recommended instead of brutally cutting out the small pleasures in life.
Bespoke Bistro’s Signature Cocktails, the Kopi-O 07, is a must try! Made with local coffee and organic pandan, you have a choice of rum, whiskey or vodka for this unique cocktail creation!
